life happens

it's really sad that i haven't been here and written in such a long time, but life happens.  all i really want to do is write (and read).  i have been doing a lot of reading, not so much writing.  hopefully just this one little blurb will spur my writing creative juices and i will get back to it.

i have started a dream journal so I have been writing in it, just not on my novel.  however, a dream became the opening chapter of my novel, so that was a positive thing.

now, back to life...
